When it comes to sharing documents, whether they include text, pictures, or other data, the PDF format is especially popular on the Internet and in particular when it comes to document exchange. So it is fairly unusual to wind up with files that are very small yet include many pages. It may therefore be worthwhile to split them into a number of separate papers.
Split PDF files with the PDF Creator
Install the PDF Creator program on your computer. It is completely free and simple to set up: just follow the installation instructions provided by the designer. After you’ve finished with this step, you may open the PDF file you wish to divide. Make a note of the pages you want to retain from the latter. Then, either use the CTRL + P keyboard shortcut or choose File > Print from the menu bar. From Wondershare HTMLelement this is very much possible.
From the Printer drop-down option, choose PDF Creator as the printer
Now go to the area under “Pages to print.” If you choose the Pages option, enter the numbers of the pages to divide in the field, which corresponds to the number of pages you want to appear in a new PDF document.
- Then choose Print from the drop-down menu.
- A dialogue window for the PDF Creator will open. If required, rename your PDF file, then click on the green Save button to save it to your computer.
- The PDF document has now been divided into two separate files.
- PDF files may be split online.
- Visit a website such as split PDF to split up your document. Choose a file from the drop-down menu.
- Open the PDF document that you wish to divide by selecting it and clicking Open.
Choose one of the two choices on the right-hand side of the page: Each page may be saved as a PDF or a Word document. Select the pages from which you want to extract information. So choose the one that best fits your needs. With split PDF, you can now have the perfect solutions.
Then choose one of the available options by clicking on the Choose an option button
If you have chosen manual page selection, you will be able to choose the pages that you want to see. Then all you have to do is choose Split PDF from the drop-down menu. If you have decided to extract each page individually, you will just have to wait a few minutes. Using the PDF splitter is also important there.
Finally, click Download File to save your newly created PDF to your computer!
Even though they are a little time-consuming, these two methods enable you to divide a PDF for free. However, if you go via Adobe Acrobat Pro, you will also be able to use this feature as well. Under the condition that you pay the cost of a monthly membership!
